General Conduct
  • Please respect the staff, they work hard to keep Ashford going
  • Read all rules and abide by them
  • With the exception of drama in plot lines we do not want to see any here. This place is for fun, and not a place where you need to bring grudges on
  • If you break a rule or bring a fight onto this site the member responsible will be banned for two or three days depending on the severity of the fight


Roleplaying Basics
  • Each post must be a minimum of 100 words, this is an intermediate to advanced human RPG
  • Please use spellcheck, it does help
  • Make sure your application form is detailed. The more detailed the better it will be and more likely it will be accepted
  • If you do make a few mistakes the admins will try and give you pointers but if you fail to rectify it the form will be deleted
  • Do not make a character that sounds like he/she is from a fantasy world. People with special powers and such will not be accepted here
  • Only two characters per account, this is rule is on trial. You may still make a seperate account for another character if you wish. Make sure to have your character's first and last name as your username, you may have as many accounts as you want
  • No out of character speak in posts such as 'lol' and 'ttyl'
  • No character can know before hand what another character will do, so we don't want to see this happening
  • No powerplaying, its annoying so don't do it
  • In love threads you can't say after three posts that they're in love. Its totally unrealistic
  • If someone hasn't replied for a bit just PM them once, its very annoying when people constantly PM you reminding you to post so please don't over do it
  • If you want someone particular to reply to a thread just put their name in the subject title of the thread
  • Sexual content is allowed, please put R RATED In the subject title. Only basics, do not go into graphic detail
  • Drugs and smoking is allowed
  • No huge signatures, avatars must be a max of 100 x 100, no nudity in your signature or avatar, use an image hosting site to host your signature or avatar, and a good thing to do is to put pictures of your character in your signature and/or avatar.
