He smiled, happy to know she'd at least keep in mind what he had suggested. ''Whoa now, you want more compliments?'' Logan asked her, his eyes a bit wide with surprise. What, was that taking advantage of niceness or something? ''Hmm.'' Slowly, he ran his eyes over her. Would it be appropriate for him to say her body? After all they'd only met probably not even thirty minutes ago. He bit his lip, unsure of whether or not to be completely honest or just to let that bit go until he knew her better.
''Well. You seem really nice, and I do rather like your appetite.'' He said with a smile, watching her trade her plate for her coke, then put it back on the table. ''Your turn,'' Logan said with a grin, ''What do you like about me?'' Haha, he couldn't wait for her answer. It would be interesting, that was for sure, and possibly not serious because she had been seeming rather playful, but what could you do?

It wasn't every day a guy complimented her, so secretly she did want a few more compliments but she had just said it as a joke. Feeling his eyes run over her she smiled, her gaze flicking to her coke before looking back at Logan with a smile. Smiling she held back a laugh as he asked what she liked about him. What did she like about him? Taking him in she realised again he was barely clothed. Looking back into his eyes she smiled,
"Well, I like how nice you are and how confident you seem to be. Plus your cute too, but what I really like is how after years this is the first time I've really been myself and you've brought that out in me. I like how you seem to see me, and ignore the ugliness of this uniform."

She sure was smiley, wasn't she? But it only made him laugh more, and then as she started complimenting him back he smiled lightly, absolutely no hints of a blush on his cheek. As she said, he was confident, not shy nor easily embarrassed. That did help. ''Thank you, Ashley.'' Logan said sincerely, running his hand back through his hair again. ''Why would I take the ugliness of the uniform into count when I'm studying the girl behind it?'' He asked lightly, his brows raised. What was on the outside wasn't near as important as what wason the inside, or so he thought.
''Anyways, i'm glad you think that I can.. bring out the good in you? It's nice to know.'' Logan told her with a smile, leaning forward changing his position so his knees were bent up and he could place his elbows on his knees, his head now in his hands. ''And i'm happy you like my company enough to be yourself.''

Most guys she had met were shallow and only looked at one thing. It was a breath of fresh air when she found a guy that was a lot more interested in who she was and not her body. Although undoubtedly she had a great body, she just didn't flaunt it a lot. After all she wasn't the type of girl to dress up like she was gagging for it. Listening to his words she smiled, glad he hadn't taken anything he said the wrong way. She didn't want to be forward at all, she was just being honest.
"Well most people I've met are only interested in one thing and that definately isn't my personality."
She says gently before watching him change his position on the couch. She had completely forgotten about her job by now and was just happy to be in someone's company and not having to work. Just then a question escaped her lips, something she hadn't asked anyone in a while.
"Do you fancy going out sometime?"
She hadn't asked anyone out, let alone a guy for a date, in years. She didn't mind if he said no, she would just like a chance for him to see her out of the uniform even though what was on the inside did count a lot more then what she looked like.

''Most people.. most guys? I know, a lot of them now a days are jerks. Playing with a girls feelings to get the pleasure they want. Once they get a couple of good fucks they up and drop the girl. Has that happened to you before?'' He frowned, thinking on that. ''I hate that.'' Logan exhaled slowly, shifting his legs again and letting them fall over the couch. Why couldn't he get comfortable? He sighed and licked his lips, looking at Ashley again. ''I'm not like that, Ashley, I promise.'' Hopefully she'd believe him.
Her question surprised him and he blinked a few times. She was asking him out? On a date, or something of the sort, not as a committment or anything. ''Do I? Hmm.'' With an exaggerated gesture, he rolled his eyes to the ceiling and tapped his fingers on his chin. ''I'd love to Ashley, whenever you're not busy. I don't work Sundays, and i'm usually off Saturdays as well. I think Saturday would be the best if you were free?'' Man he went rambly. Oh well. He himself hadn't been out with a girl like Ashley in quite awhile.

"Almost. I managed to get out of it before he could touch me. I overheard him and his friends talking about how he was going to nail me and then leave."
She said gently before shrugging it off. It wasn't that bad, she hadn't actually been in love with the guy although at the time it had hurt her. Watching him shift again she wondered why he kept changing position. Was she making him uncomfortable? She hoped not. A smile then tugged at her lips as he promised her he wasn't like that.
"Don't worry I believe you."
She said softly. Seeing him blink a few times in surprise at her question she went to the immediate thought he didn't like her, but as he began to mess around with exaggerated gestures she calmed down knowing he was being playful. Thank god. Truthfully she had been scared about what he would say, after all she hadn't asked a guy out on a date for ages and the first time she had in a while with a no would have been awful for her confidence. A smile tugged at her lips as he rambled, realising he must be nervous or something.
"Saturday sounds great."
She said softly knowing she could get an evening off from Xpress Pizza easily.

''Awuh. Well, it's good you left, then.'' It was sickening, actually, that guys would do that crazy shit. Didn't they realize girls were more than something to bang? Most of them didn't, recently most guys couldn't look at a girl without his thoughts straying to something terribly horrible. At least he wasn't like that. Most of the time, anyways.. ''And thank you, for believing me.'' He said with a smile, happy to know that.
''Saturday.'' Logan repeated with a smile, his eyes twinkling. ''Where?'' He asked her, thinking slowly. There a ton of restaurants around Ashford, the movies and the bowling alley, the beach which was nice during sunsets.. and what else? He racked his brains but couldn't think of anything more that would be nice for a first-date with Ashley.

Where could they go? It would have to be somewhere fun, where she could really let her hair down. A club maybe? Nah, too noisy. The beach? That could be fun plus it was romantic. She racked her brain trying to think of somewhere but she was so rusty in the world of dating she just didn't know.
"How about the beach?"
She offered, knowing that wouldn't be that busy on a Saturday night so they could really get to know each other and have some fun. Leaning in on the back of the sofa, her back was resting against the right arm of the sofa whilst her legs were now curled up underneath her. Her blue eyes sparkled as she looked into his, not at all hating her weekend job now. She had now met a nice guy, whether he'd end up as a friend or more she wasn't sure yet but she was hopeful. Her right hand ran down her right leg subconciously as she looked into his eyes, a content smile on her face.
